Cameron head towards China

James Cameron who has earned a big name in Hollywood film industry specially after directing “Avatar” and “Titanic” is now looking his way to china. Hollywood film industry really looks attracted towards Chinese film industry. Cameron is investigating issues like different policies of foreign country, censorship acts and many other petty issues.

It is also being said that Iron man’s sequel will most probably be co-produced in China. A joint agreement will soon take place between Walt Disney Co, Marvel Studios and DMG Entertainment.

“We re all looking very seriously at the possibility of a co-production. The question is, what s required of us? In terms of configuring the market for the Chinese marketplace, and what economic benefit do we get in return?” Cameron, in Beijing on a five-day visit.

“If it works – and I want to definitely stress if – it seems to me it could be very advantageous to the Chinese film community, because for us to do a film like  Avatar  which is an entirely studio shoot, we wouldn t be here for the scenery,” he added.

“We d be bringing in infrastructure to do virtual production, to do 3-D photography and so on, which I would think would be a positive technology exchange into this film-making community.”

Hollywood critics stated its attraction towards china as positive step. It would help both the counties to settle down political issue and the people of countries will come closer to each other.
