The latest project with the name of “THE GREY (2012)” by Liam Neeson has topped all the charts on box office so far. According to the studio, The Grey has already done the business of 20 million dollars at U.S Box Office by this weekend.
The survival thrilling did an unexceptional inaugural like Neeson’s recent projects of “Taken (2008)” and “Unknown (2011)”. Both films did a remarkable business of 25 million dollars and 22 million dollars respectively.
The Grey has received positive reviews so far and has been found an appealing survival movie of all times among the viewers. It was good to see Neeson in some kind of action plus survival role unlike his drama movies “Schindler’s List (1993)” and “Kinsey (2004)”
Chief executive of Open Road Films quoted
“Liam is a true movie star, period. My guess is that Liam Neeson in action thrillers would work just about any time of year.”
Twenty twelve’s first month has not been so much fascinating for the Hollywood industry as the two movies “Man on A Ledge” and “One for the Monkey” received critical bad reviews and had only done the business of 8 million dollars and 11 million dollars respectively.
