Among the simplest and least costly methods to update a stale look is thru makeup. And luckily, makeup artists spend the periodic shows trying something totally new: different or unpredicted color options, application, or formulas. Here are a few of my personal favorite looks in the Fall/Winter 2012 shows:
The appearance: Bold lips in shades of red-colored, orange, and crimson with perfect matte skin.
Suggested items: Revlon Photo ready foundation, Benefit High Beam highlighter, L’Oreal Expressionists lip color in Violent Craze, L’Oreal Infallible lip color in Ravishing Red-colored, and Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick in Siren.
Olive Smoky Eyes
The appearance: Olive eyeshadow lined with black lining and nude lips. Ideal for a evening out around town.
Suggested items: L’Oreal La Couleur Infallible in Permanent Kaki, Annabelle Smoothliner in Black and Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick in Apricot Fantasy.
The appearance: Heavy defined eyes help the face look more balanced. After many years from the no-brow or thin-brow look, the heavy, ‘40s-inspired eyebrows have returned having a vengeance. Watch out for using an excessive amount of pencil, the bottom line is brow powder and short strokes of pencil to imitate the look of fur.
Orange Eye Shadows
The appearance: Whether or not this would be a deep autumnal shade, vibrant, as well as combined with pink, orange eye shadows was all around the fashion runways. The important thing for this look would be to put on the much deeper shades throughout your day, and save the better ones for any night time look. A glance this bold doesn’t genuinely have a location in the office. For that full effect, keep your relaxation of the makeup well developed lower to actually allow the colour pop.
