LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Zaka Ashraf says the International Cricket Council (ICC) has recognised Bangladesh’s tour of Pakistan. During a news conference, the PCB chairman hoped that other teams would tour Pakistan as well. Responding to statements made by the chairman of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Ashraf said that Pakistan was a safe country for cricket. Ashraf added that Pakistan had played an important part in Bangladesh gaining status as a test playing nation. Earlier on Wednesday, BCB chairman Mustafa Kamal said that the tour to Pakistan was dependent on clearance from the ICC.
