Eighteen persons and three senior clerics, were killed in the city on Thursday, as the Sindh government made the decision to handle major specific actions to cleanse the town of terrorists, criminals and anti-social elements. In the most crucial killings during the day, Mufti Abdul Majeed Deenpuri, 60, Mufti Muhammad Saleh, 40, and Maulana Hassan Ali Shah, 33, were assaulted once they were moving in their Suzuki Hi-roof (CT-7956) for the Jamia Masjid Durwashia, located in the Sindhi Muslim Society, Tipu Sultan police limits. A motorcyclist arrived front from the vehicle close to the nursery flyover on Sharae Faisal, because of that the driver slowed down. The armed males, who have been waiting on the footpath on their behalf, immediately got their weapons and opened up fire from close range. All of the three died at the spot as the murders handled to leave. Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah, after finding the PM’s directives, chaired a high-level ending up in the police force agencies and made the decision to transfer more police using their company districts from the province. Also, he held conferences using the coalition partner, the MQM, and talked about the program for operation along with other options using the MQM leaders.
