The report stated Punjab was badly impacted by substance abuse that was rising as in comparison with other provinces. The report pointed out that Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Bahawalpur, Kasur, Attack, Sargodha, Narowal, Khanewal, Okara and Rahim Yar Khan would be the worst effected by substance abuse.
