For Marination: 1. Mix lemon juice and salt in yogurt 2. Marinate mutton with this mixture leaving it for 1 hour. Cooking: 1. Fry onions in oil lightly. 2. Add marinated mutton in it and cook it for a while. 3. Then add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, and turmeric while stirring. 4. Add water so that the mutton gets tender. 5. Add tomatoes and green chilies. 6. Add fennel, black onion seeds and cumin in it making sure that all three should be crushed beforehand. 7. Add Fenugreek seeds and close the lid. 8. When the mutton gets properly cooked, add some water and leave it to cook for 2 mins. 9. Garnish it with coriander and ginger slices. 10. Serve it with raita and naan.
