Achari Paneer is a lip smacking recipe made with paneer and tangy and hot achari masala. The best way to kick start a party with lots of flavours.
- cumin seeds,
- Mustard Oil,
- mustard seeds,
- nigella seeds,
- Turmeric powder
Blend together curds, green chilli pickle and garlic to form a smooth paste.
Add fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, mustard oil and salt and blend so the spices are coarsely crushed.
Add the paneer and marinate for 20 minutes. Arrange on skewers.
Cook on a barbeque for a few minutes.
When the edges turn golden brown, remove from the skewer
