  • Ingredients:


    Mix ginger paste, garlic paste, sliced onions, red chili powder, cashewnut paste, sesame seeds, nutmeg and salt with yogurt. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 20 mins
    Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan. Add the whole spices and stir-fry till they change color
    Add the chicken along with the marinade, bring to a boil and simmer for 5mins
    Add 400ml water and boil for 3 mins. Cook till the chicken is tender and the gravy thickens
    Remove to a serving dish and garnish it
