Boil potatoes. Peel them off. Take a bowl and mesh them in it. Mix all of the ingredients in it. Mix the ingredients in such a way that there is not a single lump remaining. Now make one side of the roti, make sure that it is not too thick. Place it aside and make other side of the roti. Place above mentioned potato paste on it and cover one part with the other slightly pressing the sides. Tap it slightly with hand so that the roti increase in size. Now your paratha is ready to cook. Heat the tawwa and place your paratha on it. Add oil from one side and fry till golden brown. Repeat the process with other side. Take out in a plate and serve hot with podinay ki chutni.
