    Mix whole wheat flour and salt
    Knead into dough
    In a bowl mix potatoes, salt, ginger-garlic-green chilies and coriander seeds
    Make small balls from the dough
    Dust some flour on the working surface and roll each ball
    Place a tbsp of stuffing in the center and enclose it by folding along the sides and sealing on top.
    Dust the working surface and roll out a thick paratha and place on the hot griddle.
    Cook on both sides till brown spots appear and the paratha is cooked
