Aloo Ware

1. Boil potatoes, peel them and crush them with your hands 2. Put coconut, salt, onion, lemon juice in the crushed potatoes and mix them roughly. 3. Make the entire mixture like a circle and do a hole in the middle. 4. Take a small sauce pan, put oil in it and heat it. 5. When oil gets heated, put brown mustard seeds in it and put the entire mixture in the potato mixture quickly, covering immediately. 6. After 10 mins, mix the potatoes again and make small balls out of the entire mixture 7. Put gram flour, eating soda, water and a pinch of salt in a bowl to make a thin mixture. 8. Put oil in a wok (Karahi) and deep fry the balls, when it turns light golden, take them out and serve them!
