Baigan Masala is an easy dish to prepare. It can be had with the main course with rotis and parathas.It is simply a lip smacking vegetable recipe with the egg plant
Make slit in egg plants
Heat oil in pan. Add all spices to it.
Then add egg plant and yogurt in it. Cover the lid and cook for half an hour on medium heat.
When oil comes up dish it out
Serve with naan
