Baked Broccoli Pasta
A versatile pasta bake is a midweek staple and this recipe can even be made ahead and frozen for extra convenience.It is simple and satisfying meal in just half an hour.
Boil broccoli until tender. Drain well
Heat butter in a pan and stir in flour. Cook for a min, then gradually add the milk, whisk well.
Bring to a boil, stirring, add mustard, half cheese and seasoning.
Mix boiled pasta and broccoli into the sauce and layered into an ovenproof dish.
Place into the hot oven until golden brown on top
