Basa Fish With Tomato Curry
A snap to make for an easy weeknight meal, the recipe is also elegant enough to serve on special occasions, especially made with fresh tomatoes.
In a pan heat oil and fry onion, garlic until brown.
Add green chilli,bay leaf,turmeric,red chilli,coriander,salt and tomatoes.
Mix well and keep cooking until gravy thickens and oil separates.
Add some water and bring to boil
Add fish pieces until cooked
Add coriander leaves for garnish
