Batter Fish

As simple as it is satisfying, fish and chips is classic street food.Grilled, broiled and baked are all good choices when it comes to preparing fish.

  • Ingredients:


    Marinate fish with salt,pepper and ajinomoto and keep aside for 10minutes.
    Mix last six ingredients (except oil) for the batter and make a smooth paste.
    Add little water.
    Dip fish pieces into batter and deep fry till golden brown.
    Serve hot
