This dish can be simply be defined as Beef in Rich Gravy so lets enjoy this recipe which should always be served hot with rice, paratha or naan.
- Coriander powder,
- garam masala,
- Turmeric powder,
In a bowl mix all spices (excpet garam masala) in yogurt.
In a deep pan heat oil and add everything in oil with meat and fry well.
Cook until half done.
Add onions and fry well.
Add three cups of water and cook on low heat until meat is tender and gravy is thick.
Add garam masala in the end
Serve with naan
