Beef is the meat of bovines, especially domestic cattle like cows. It is one of the principal meats used in the cuisine of Australia, Europe and America, and is also important in Africa, East Asia, and Southeast Asia cuisine.Lean beef is a very good source of protein.It serves as a good source of vitamin.Beef is necessary for strong teeth and bones and Iron helps carry oxygen in the blood, to all cells and muscles and prevents fatigue.

  • Ingredients:

    Directions:

    Saute garlic and onions for like 30 secs, add a beef, and pour a half glass of water over it. Wait for the water to evaporate, and add the half glass of water once more. Add seasonings to your liking (I added salt, pepper, and grinded paprika)
    Now you need to decide how much sauce you want in your dish, and how thick – add some starch whenever you like ( I added it when most of the water evaporated).

    Serve on a plate, put some chopped parsley over it, enjoy =)
