Besan Ka Paratha
Besan Ka Paratha is a heavy and hard than normal chapati, served along with curd,pickles, this has an unforgettable taste, however the chapati is smaller in shape than the normal flour chaphti but better in taste
Mix all ingredients except clarified butter in a bowl and knead into a soft dough. Cover dough with muslin cloth and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Divide dough into equal portions and roll out into a small circle.
Apply little of clarified butter in the center of each circle and fold all the adjoining sides.
Again roll out the above into a circle and place it on heated griddle.
Apply clarified butter on cooked side.Repeat the same process till both sides are properly cooked.
