Besani Ladoo is a common dessert prepared at home. This can be easily given for kids as its a non messy dessert. In general this can be served any time during the day or just after meals.
Heat clarified butter in a pan and add bengal gram (Flour), mix well.
Roast bengal gram (Flour) on medium heat until it becomes light brown in color.
Cook for ten minutes
Add sugar, chopped nuts and cardamom powder to the mixture and mix well.
Take 2 tbsp of mixture in your palm and gently press it between your palms to make a smooth round ball.
Garnish with raisins.
Let them cool
