“Bhari kabab” is a traditional dish and people like it very much..serving with raita and nan is the best combination.
• Slice the ½ kilo undercut beef into long slices. If you are using leg piece then marinate the slices for 10-15 mints with 3 tbsp of raw papaya and salt to taste.
• Marinate the meat with 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp poppy seed, 1 tbsp chili powder, 5-5 ground green chilies, 1tbsp crushed red pepper, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, 1tsp dry fenugreek leaves, ¼ bunch of mint leaves, salt to taste and leave them for 10-15 mints for marination.
• Now string each slice in zigzag style in a metal skewers and grill it on burning coal and cook it until golden brown from both sides.
• Brush it with oil or butter during Bar BQ.
