  • Ingredients:


    1. Clean, wash and dry the poppy seeds thoroughly.
    2. Crush nutmeg and mace with hammer.
    3. Now grind all spices in a grinder to make a powder including crushed nutmeg and mace.
    4. Save in an air tight bottle and use when to make Bihari boti, Bihari kabab and Bihari Tikka accordingly.
