Black Pepper Chops
These extra tender grilled mutton chops will take you high. Serve it as an appetizer or a side dish.
Marinate chops with ginger garlic paste,papaya, salt and cumin for half an hour.
Heat clarified butter in a skillet
Place marinated mutton chops into the skillet.
Cover and cook on low flame until meat is tender.
Then fry it on high flame until oil comes up
Make grill marks with metal skewer
Sprinkle black pepper over it.
Turn the heat off.
Serve with any sauce
