Black pepper steak
Steak is one of the most variable and tastiest recipes throughout world. You can do as much variations as you want. Here is another version of steak, definitely a treat for your taste buds.
Cut the pieces of steak into serving size of your preference. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over it. Place these pieces in a skillet and cook on medium heat. Cook the steak until its brown. It may take about 4 minutes each side. Remove in a warm platter, leave drippings in skillet.
Place the skillet back on fire. Add vinegar, water and sugar stirring so that it mixes up. Cook this sauce until its boiling and put it on steaks.
