CARAMEL BANANA CAKE
Banana cake is one of the loved sweets in Pakistani tradition. sweet lovers are fond of it and is loved by children especially.
Heat 200grams of caster sugar on low flame, when it gets brown immediately remove it and put in a greased lid and let it cool. Then crushed half of it and the remaining half in large pieces and refrigerate.
• Beat the butter well and add eggs, caster sugar, bananas, ground almonds, self raising flour, baking powder, and yogurt and mix in 1/3 of the crushed caramels and butter, beat them together.
• Now pour the mixture in a greased tin and bake it for about 45 minutes at 160 degree Celsius.
• Let it get cool and frost the top with icing sugar and butter beaten.
• Decorate the cake with crushed caramels you can also put the large caramel pieces in the middle. It’s up to you how you decorate it you can use syrup for decoration as well.
