Cauliflower And Radish Pickle

This is punjabi pickle. In Punjab, people eat it with dinner

  • Ingredients:


    Peel and cut the radish into 1″ thick and cut the cauliflower into small flowerettes
    Heat oil until smoking point and cook
    Place the cut vegetables in a large bowl. Add salt, turmeric, chili and mustard
    Mix well
    Add oil and mix again
    Bottle in a large airtight jar for 5days
    Put jar in the sunlight
    Shake the jar 3 times a day
