A great combination of Veg and non veg curry.It is a dish in which roasted meat is cooked with gram lentils, using spices in small quantities.
Heat oil in a deep skillet on medium high heat.
Add ginger garlic paste and whole spices.
Fry for 3 minutes then add mutton.
Cook until mutton change color.
Now add korma masala, brown onion and yogurt.
Cover skillet and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water again cover and cook until meat is tender.
When water dries, add boiled lentil.
Stir well and leave it on low flame until oil comes up.
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with white rice
