baking the blue berry cheese cake is joyfullest and u can make it within 15 to 20 mins.it is delicious and easy that everyone love to try once.

    Directions:

    INGREDIENTS FOR BASE:
    250g digestive biscuit
    1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
    3 tbsp confectioner sugar

    put all ingredients in a food processor and mix till become well combined.put this mixture in 8 inch mould and press with your fingers or spoon.keep mould in refrigerator while making filling.
    FILLING:
    200g single or double cream chilled(choice is yours)
    1 tin condense milk
    200g cream cheese at room temp(i used 2 packs of philadelphia cream cheese)
    3 tsp un flavored gellatin
    5 tsp hot water

    1:first mix cream cheese with the condense milk till well combined set aside.
    2:beat cream until soft peaks forms set aside.This is called whip cream now.
    3:mix gellatin with the water and mix properly no lumps should be visible other wise cheese cake will not set properly.it is tricky part so be careful.
    4:now first fold whip cream into cream cheese mixture when mixture look well combine then slowly and gradually add dissolve gellatin in the cream cheese mixture.
    5:pour this mixture in the previously set mould and keep it in the fridge at least 5 hours.I keep mine whole night.It must be well chilled while serve.
    TOPPING:
    I used ready made blue berry pie filling on top of the cheese cake.
