Heat butter in a pan and saute’ capsicum in it for 2 minutes.
Add milk and half of the cheese and bring to a boil.
Add vegetables, salt and pepper and mix well.
Toss cooked pasta in the sauce and bring to a boil.
Before serving sprinkle shredded cheese on it
