    Directions:

    Boil and mash potatoes and set aside in bowl. In a sauce pan Add chicken along with ginger/ garlic, salt, pepper and chili flakes. When the chicken is boiled, shred it and add chopped spring onions. When the mixture is cool, stuff it, along with a cube of cheese in the mashed potatoes shaping them into round or oblong cutlets. Dip them in the whisked eggs, coat in vermicelli and deep fry till golden brown.
    Serve hot.
