this rice is very different from others. it tastes good, looks good and smells good
- Basmati Rice,
- black pepper,
- soy sauce,
- Spring onion,
- vegetable stock
Heat oil in a pan and add 4-5 chopped spring onions , 8-10 florets of broccoli and salt.
Sprinkle a little water and toss on high heat for two minutes.
Add 1 inch piece ginger, 4-5 quartered button mushrooms and stir.
Mix corn flour in 1 tbsp chicken stock. And also add 1tbsp sugar, 2 tsp soya sauce, 1 cup chicken stock and corn flour mixture to the pan and cook.
Add salt and black pepper powder and mix
Add 1-1/2 cup rice to the mixture and mix well.
Transfer the contents into a clay pot
Mix well, allow simmering for5 minutes. Serve hot.
