  • Ingredients:

    Directions:

    For Rice:
    Heat butter in a pan on a slow flame and add rice, milk and salt. Cook for 3 minutes and keep aside.
    For Corns:
    Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
    After 5 seconds add onions and fry for a minute.
    Add green chillies and fry again for a few seconds.
    Add corn and salt and cook till the corn is done.
    Method:
    Spread corn mixture at bottom of a greased mould.
    Spread rice on top and then put corn mixture
    Put in pre-heated oven for 5mins
    Serve hot
