This 5-star cornbread salad is the perfect dish for summer entertaining. Not only does it taste delicious, but this salad also looks gorgeous on the table.
In a bowl make layer of cornbread and veggies
At first spread half of the cornbread crumbs for base, put half of chopped veggies ( celery, pepper, tomatoes, onion, corn and beans).
Spread half of grated boiled egg onto veggies and repeat same pattern of layers of crumbs, veggies and egg.
Whisk together sour cream and mayonnaise
Pour it to salad evenly, top with salsa and sprinkle salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 mins
