Creamy Chicken Tikkas

  • Ingredients:


    Rub ginger-garlic paste, salt and white pepper onto the chicken cubes. Keep aside for 15 mins
    Add cheese, green chillies, coriander, mace nutmeg powder, cornflour and cream to the whisked egg. Mix well and coat the chicken cubes with the prepared mixture. Marinate for at least 25 mins
    Skewer the chicken cubes 2 cm apart and roast in a preheated (137 C) oven for 8 mins. Hang skewers for 5 mins to let excess liquid drip; brush with oil and roast again for 3 mins
    Serve at once, garnished with chopped coriander
