Croquettes – Chicken Potato Kebabs

1. Mash potatoes in a bowl. 2. Put shredded chicken, salt, Chinese salt, Chaat masala, soy sauce, eggs and black pepper in the bowl and mix it well with hands but make sure it doesnt get too soggy. 3.Make kebabs and cover them with bread crumbs 4.Now put them in oil and deep fry them. For double coating: 1. Beat an egg 2. Before frying, put the kebabs in the egg and in bread crumbs again and then fry them.
