Dahi Aloo is a simple recipe with the potatoes cooked in curd mixture seasoned with spice powders. Can have it with rice.
- Coriander powder,
- cumin seeds,
- garam masala,
- Turmeric powder
Cut each potato into 4 pieces
Heat oil in a pan.
Add potatoes into oil. Fry them till they turn light brown on low flame. Take them
out and keep aside
Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds, asafoetida, coriander powder into the same oil then add
Stir well for 3 mins and add salt.
When it start boiling add fried potatoes and cream.
Cook them on low flame for 5 mins.
Add garam masala.
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with white boiled rice
