Chana dal is produced by removing the outer layer of kala chana (black chickpeas) and then splitting the kernel.Chana dal has a very low glycemic index.
Soak the daal for 1 hour then boil it with salt and half tsp of red chili in pressure cooker A After sometime add onion, fried meat, salt red chili, turmeric powder ginger garlic paste give pressure and add yogurt and tomatoes. Cook for 25 mins
Add daal and the water which use for boiling on low flame cook it for atlest 45 min
Before serving put tarka on daal
