Dum Qeema

• Add all the spices i.e. ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, hot spices, coriander powder, lemon juice, salt and yogurt mix it thoroughly and leave it to marinate for an hour or 2. • Deep fry the finely chopped onions until it gets golden brown then add marinated mince in it and cook them together until it is enormously tender. • Mix the roasted gram flour and cook well. When the water gets absorbed make a small hole in between the cooked mince and place the aluminum foil properly. • Put the hot coal over the aluminum foil and pour 2,-3 oil drops on the hot coal and cover it immediately with lid and keep them for about 20-25 minutes. • Dum Qeema is ready, just garnish it with ginger and coriander and serve hot with chapti or pratha.
