Easy Cream Puff
Everyone loves cream puffs, but most cooks are afraid to try making them since they are considered time consuming and difficult to make. This is actually false, as they are quite easy to prepare and very impressive to serve.
In a pan add water and butter,bring to boil.
Add flour stirring constantly till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan
Set aside to cool
Add eggs, one at a time mixing well
Make puffs on a greased baking tray.
Bake for 25 mins in pre-heated oven,till lightly browned and firm. Set aside to cool.
Whisk cream and sugar together
Remove the tops of baked puffs and fill with cream.
Cover each puff and sprinkle with caster sugar.
