Easy Plum Chutney
This is famous plum chutney from Pakistani cuisine. It is usually served with fried snacks like nuggets, samosa and pakora. You can also preserve this plum chutney for 2-3 months easily
Mash soaked plum in same water and take out seeds from it.
In a pan add a cup of water and let it boil on low flame.
Add red chili powder, sugar and vinegar,cook on medium heat till it becomes thick
Let it cool
Put this in a jar.
Use as required
