    With a steak hammer , flatten the deboned chicken legs and arrange ion a platter
    Make a paste of nutmeg powder, black pepper, garam masala and green chili paste.Rub the paste on the chicken pieces. Keep aside for an hour
    In a bowl combine all the other ingredients to a fine creamy consistency
    Marinate the chicken in this mixture for another 15 mins
    Heat the clarified butter in a pan over medium heat and shallow fry the chicken pieces till crisp and golden
    Serve, garnished with lemon wedges and accompanied by green salad
