    Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic in it
    Add carrots and rice. Cook for 2mins
    Add salt and spring onions; cook for 3mins
    Heat oil in a pan and add whisked eggs; cook for 2mins
    Mix eggs mixture into the rice
    Cover and let it cook for 5mins
    Serve hot
