  • Ingredients:


    1. Boil rice with salt,soya sauce and vinegar.
    2. Take a bowl and put eggs ,salt,black pepper and food colour.
    3. Scramble eggs in a pan and break into little pieces.
    4. Heat oil in a separate pan and saute with ginger and garlic.
    5. Add salt and black pepper, then chicken stock and boiled rice.Cover it for few minutes.
    6. Add spring onion fried egg pieces over it,mix and serve hot.
