Fish And Tartar Sauce
This fast tartar sauce comes together in just minutes and makes a great topping for simple saute’ed fish fillets. Serve with toasted potato wedges.
In a bowl, combine last six ingredients for tartar sauce.
Place bowl in a refrigerator for 2 hours
Wash fish and cut into pieces.
Paste garlic paste over them.
Put salt, pepper and lemon juice on it
Toss well and set aside.
In a bowl add eggs, refined flour, salt and pepper.
Mix well to form a paste.
Heat oil in a wok.
Coat fish fillets with batter then deep fry them until golden brown.
Drain on an absorbent paper.
Serve hot with tartar sauce.
