This is a light yet wonderfully fragrant fish recipe. Korma has its roots in the Mughal cuisine.This Fish Korma is easy to cook and has an irresistable aroma and taste.
- Ginger Garlic Paste,
- Lemon juice,
In a pan heat oil and add all ingredients (except green chilles and kewra).Mix well and cover it for 3mins
Add fish and stir
Turn over the fish once while cooking.
When water dries, add green chilli and kewra
Cook till fish is tender
Serve with naan
