Fish With Coconut Curry
This easy curry takes the hard work and fear out of curry. It is quick, simple and a great way to introduce “spices” and seafood to your little ones. You can adjust the spices to suit your palates.
- Curry leaves,
- garam masala,
- mustard seeds,
- Turmeric powder
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, chopped onions, whole dry red chilies, chopped tomatoes, curry leaves, mustard seeds.
Cook till onion and tomatoes become soft.
Add red chilies powder, garam masala powder, and turmeric powder, salt, fresh coriander leaves and cook for 5 mins.
Add fish pieces and cook nicely.
Then add coconut milk in it and cook till done.
Serve with white boiled rice
