Fried Chops

After an eid all of we have lots of meat in our freezers. So why not try something new. Here is the recipe of fried chops try it and enjoy. These are dry chops and can be served as a side dish.

    Directions:

    In a pan heat little oil and fry garlic ginger paste.
    Add chops in it and cook till water dries.
    Add yogurt, turmeric powder, garam masala, chili powder, salt and little water.
    Coo till chops become tender.
    Beat egg and apply it on chops, then coat with bread crumbs and deep fry them.
    Serve with any dip
