Fish all time favorite!
Sprinkle all of the dried spices on fish.
Apply white vinegar and garlic on it.
Place fish in a clean platter and put the platter in fridge.
Leave it there for two hours.
Fry the fish in a frying pan with oil.
Fry one side and turn on other when it is golden brown.
After other side is cooked similarly, place the fish in a serving plate, cut lemons and green chilies along with green coriander and place on fish for garnishing.
