- Bell pepper,
- cumin seeds,
- Turmeric powder
Fry the okra in a pan until softened. Then take it out of oil and put aside.
Heat the oil in a wok. Add the onions and fry until the onions are transparent. Tip in the tomatoes and cook for a minute or two and add garlic. When tomatoes are cooked add cumin, coriander, chilli powder, salt, turmeric, and oregano.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add bell pepper and celery.
Add okra and mix it.
Reduce the heat, and cover for 3 minutes.
Put off the fire.
Season well and serve.
