Garlic Roast Chicken
Chicken is a very good source of lean, high quality protein. Protein is an essential nutrient for growth and development and also plays an important role in assisting overweight and obese people in losing weight fast.

To roast the chicken place it in a roasting pan and rub it with salt and squeeze half a lemon on it, put garlic, onion and remaining lemon in the cavity. Season chicken with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle olive oil all over it. Roast at 180 degrees C for an hour.
